Chinese spam

Hello. I am having the same problem. I find something in Chinese in my shared albums (there is a notification in Activity). I delete and report as spam and it goes away, but it (or another just like it) is back the next day. It kind of looks like an email, but doesn't arrive through email. I don't have anything like this in my calendars. I never open suspicious messages or click on links I don't understand. Has anybody else with the problem solved it by changing the Apple ID?
