My phone will not backup
Please help my phone will not backup. I’ve reset my network. Turned phone off and plugged in & connected to Wifi and it’s still not backing up. I need to retrieve a deleted video.

Backing up will not retrieve a deleted video. Look in your Recently Deleted album (assuming you are talking about a video saved in photos) to recover. Items deleted from Recently Deleted are permanently deleted and irrecoverable. If you have a device backup that contains the video, and you do not use iCloud Photos, you may be able to restore your device. Factory reset and erase your device and then set it up using your backup.
