Steaming from iPhone to Fire tv. No internet, just antenna.

Is there a way to Airplay to my Fire tv without internet? Both my phone and tv have Airplay but don’t recognize each other without internet.

iPhone 13, iOS 15

You would need at least a wifi router to establish a local network for both devices to connect to.

An internet connection wouldn't be necessary.

LOL I think I knew that. I’m just so frustrated with this screen mirroring thing. I had an android. No problem. I switched to IPhone now I can’t screen mirror to my tv. I’m in a rural area with just an antenna. I’ll try a router (I’ll have to purchase one 1st).
