Sharing audio between two blue tooth earbuds

I can connect two apple earbuds to my IPad mini 6. (Beats Studio buds and AirPods Pro)

But can’t share the audio?

I can select the audio to go to either one individually but not both at the same time.

What am l doing wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I think I know what you mean, according to this article - Share audio with AirPods or Beats headphones – Apple Support

In order to share audio, the devices need to have either Apple's H1 or W1 chip. A full list can be found in the linked article.
