iPhone x unable to power up

Brand new phone only open up now and cannot be charged and power on. Any quick fix?

I suggested that you have it inspected because you said that it doesn't turn on, nor charge (those symptoms might be related to a battery problem, but we, just users like you, can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry).

If it won't turn on, see also these instructions:--> If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If it doesn't charge, see these:--> If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support


If the issues persist, you have no choice: you need to have it checked.

If it is brand new and still covered by warranty, make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
