I requested for refund and it has been refunded but I can’t find the money on my balance

Question

I requested for refund July 19th and it’s showing me that I have been refunded but the money is no where to be found.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

If you've received the refund, the money will be refunded in the same way as your payment method.

You may not have received the funds yet (only had your refund approved). If so, Katana-San's answer applies.
