iPad tracking location IN MY HOME
My iPad is suggesting apps to open based on location IN MY HOME. This seems creepy to me. How does it tract location within home.

This sound like location services is on and that you have location based suggestions turned on.
Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> System Services (it will be at the very bottom of the screen) -> Location-Based Suggestions.
You can also turn off other location options. Or, you can block all location by turning off Location Services (the step before System Services above.
