I had about 5 different tab groups with multiple pages open as well as 11 tabs in the default group open on my iPhone. Today when I woke up all of my tab groups were gone and the default tab group has some tabs that I haven’t had open for a very long time but definitely know I’ve visited in the past. There seems to be lots of reports of similar issues but does anyone know how to restore the tabs and tab groups?

It appears iOS 15.6 will resolve this issue. Please see: About iOS 15 Updates.
You can update in Settings > General > Software Update.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please visit Get Support for a deeper dive.

iOS Safari tabs and tab groups disappear
