Macbook suddenly stops recognizing external monitor

I worked with external monitor and everything were fine. Yesterday I turned off my Mac as always. Today I turn it on and see that external monitor doesn't work( Mac doesn't recognize it anymore. I don't see it in display settings as well.

What I tried:

  1. Turn on/off mac and monitor
  2. Plug out and plug in cable in different connection places in mac
  3. Check all cables
  4. Reset monitor settings to default
  5. Check that in monitor settings connection type is still Type-C

Monitor itself works (I see menu and start image when turning it on)

Machine: Macbook pro 15" 2018 (plugged in)

External monitor: Gigabyte M32U

MacOS version: 12.5 Monterey

Connection type: USB-C to USB-C thunderbolt 4 cable

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.5

The problem was in thunderbolt cable. I've replaced it on new one and now it works.
