How to take a Apple ID off my iPhone XR without password

I’ve been try to Remove my old Apple ID off my iPhone XR I don’t have the email address no more and I have forgot my password to Login my old Apple ID I have tried hitting forgot password but get no we’re with it and I want to take this old Apple ID off my iPhone XR and I can’t get it to let me Remove my old Apple ID because I don’t know what the passcode to add my new Apple ID to my iPhone XR and I no longer have the same old email address

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device.    -


You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
