I received my iPhone 13 today but it looks smaller than I expected. Can I exchange it for iPhone 13 Pro?

Please contact Support (or your retailer) ASAP. I believe there is a small window for returns. You would have to return the 13, then purchase the Pro.

If you purchased the iPhone directly from Apple, you have 14 days to return the iPhone for a refund or exchange.
