Apple One subscription

I am trying to cancel my Apple One subscription but I keep getting the message:


”Unable to Cancel Subscription. You can manage this subscription on the device you used to purchase it.”


The kicker is that I no longer own that device as I traded in the phone that I originally purchased that subscription with! HELP!?!?!
