how to disable lid from starting mac air

Doing a search here and on the net, I have yet to find a solution. I would like to disable the Mac Air Silicon M2 Monterey from booting by opening the lid. I would also like to disable the any key boot too if possible. I tried entering the code to the Terminal from several sites giving the same advice. That code line did not disable lid opening auto boot. Is there a way to stop the lip from booting a Mac Air 2022?
