No Widgets on IPad Pro 4. Generation?

Since I have this IPad, I'm trying to figure out how to put Widgets on my homescreen. I guess this function wasn’t added, for whatever reason they didn’t added it since 2020. But maybe my they are added and just not available on an easy way… So could someone please tell me, if they seriously aren’t available or if I just can’t find them? Thank you!

( And no not it’s not possible with the button in the left corner and also I don't mean the widget board on the first “page”)
