i need to log in on apple store. when i try to download a application it tell me to log in my apple id but then when i do it ,it say contact itunes support to complete this transaction

- Call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE or Apple Support at 1-800-APLCARE
- Chat using the Messages app on your iPhone or Mac. Make sure to use Safari to open the link.
