No. I had it in my apartment and a roommate thought it was his and took it to his parents as he bought a similar computer at same time. When he was at his parents, someone stole it. I just want it locked so nobody can use. I have my invoice. Insurance doesnt know who to blame. I just want Apple to lock it. Is it possible?
Are you implying that it was stolen by the delivery company? You'll want to file a claim with them.
For anything else, you may need to see if your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers such theft.
