How do I DELETE this feature all together?

I do not like the invasive policy's of this app, even though I have turned off the notifications, I dont trust the source - can I delete this feature all together?

Apple News? You can delete it.

Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

The deleted app should not re-appear, absent a factory reset, or a request to re-download the app.

Yes Apple News, but I am trying to Delete it, I have turned off the features before and they have reappeared again after updates, So is there a way to actually delete the app?
