I replaced hhd with ssd and try internet recovery but stuck on 24:00

Hold the power button for 10 seconds to shut down the iMac.
Plug the iMac into your Router using an Ethernet cable.
Then startup the iMac in macOS Recovery.

If you can't start up from macOS Recovery, try Option-Command-R

If that doesn't work, then you may need to use the recovery partition that is on the old HDD.
My problem finished ..i used hdd from my old IMac i put the hhd on the mac.. with usb adapter I copied the hhd to the ssd later on put the ssd to the mac and clean install the os
Its imac 27 mid 2011.. i forgot to do backup on hdd i was with windows using Boot Camp ..
