Background : We uses MacPro 2015 with ios Big Sur version 11.6 / Good note 5 version 5.9.32. it always slow respond and stop respond.
Therefore we plan to buy Mac Air13 M1, please advise which GoodNote may work well with Mac air M1.

Since GoodNote is an app available in the AppStore, it will work just fine. Get the one for macOS and not iPadOS or iPhoneOS.
Your Mac will only show Apps in the App Store that will work with it. Other devices will see their applicable version in their App Store.
