Cancellation of a subscription accidentally purchased by a child.

The child poked something on the phone and accidentally signed up for a trial subscription for 7 days, after the trial subscription will be extended for a year. I couldn't cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end because I didn't see it. As a result, I am now unable to update the payment system to pay for music and cannot cancel this subscription.

You can request a refund* for a purchase that you don't recognize, but you must pay for the purchase first. You can also cancel a subscription if you don't want to continue it.

See -> Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods

Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods – Apple Support (UK)

  • Add first the new card, then remove the old one.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
