Remote control

  1. Hello, I bought a second-hand MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). After updating to the latest MacOS, the system prompts me to log in to remote access, but I don't have the access data. The login process is in the process of completing the MacOS installation and won't let me go. I tried downgrading to MacOS Sierra and checked remote access in settings but remote access is turned off. Can someone help me ? thank you very much

Does not sound like this mac was properly prepared for resale...


What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac



You can try Internet Recovery—

Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support



if no change—I would return it or you battle may never resolve.
