I bought from my friend, but phone was from hi ex wife :-) I he does not know appleid, ex wife wout tell him...
I bought iphone but I did not know for that protection has apple. It was just 30eur, but still would like to open the phone
Ask the first owner to remove the lock. It's an anti-theft measure.
