Seeing Photos Stored in iCloud:

I. Enable Photos and Contacts in iCloud:

On the iPhones, enable Contacts in iCloud.

On the iPhone:

II. Check iCloud Directly:

See if they reside in iCloud Photos. Log in here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
