Wallet app not allowing me to add cards or ID

How can I fix this glitch. My wallet app won’t allow me to add cards directly and I have the latest version. 15.6.1 iPhone 12 pro

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


Add new card first and then remove old.
