App Store problems!

ive recently gotten my MacBook brand new and after setting up my apple idea and adding my payment details and anything else I could possibly think of that the internet told me to do I still cannot log in on the App Store. I go to the sign in area, sign in and then it tells me "this Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store" then the only option I have it to click review and it just takes me right back to putting my Apple ID in again and repeating the whole process. its frustrating because ive had my MacBook for 3 months now and im unable to update anything or access anything I want to get from the store. please help .

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> rto eview your account information.

Click Review repeatedly. 

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
