looking to migrate 3 old iPhoto libraries to photos library. I ran the upgrader 1.0, but then was unable to import photos from two of the older libraries. Any suggestions?
The upgrader was relevant to one particular version of iPhoto. (v8 if I recall correctly.)
What do you mean by import? Simply open the libraries with Photos. There is no importing involved.

I don't think there is an "8.1" 1.1 is the latest:
OF course, it won't run on Catalina or newer.
