Command + Tab going 2 spaces to the right instead of 1

Hey all, basically my problem is that whenever I try and switch tabs with Command + Tab, it goes 2 spaces instead of 1.

Say I have Google Chrome and TextEdit open, when my page is on google chrome and I try to press Command + Tab, instead of going to TextEdit, it goes to finder. How do I fix this?
