I am not able to connect to my iTunes Store. Why is that so?

Could be any one of several reasons. (Eg: internet connection)

I also have that. Windows 10. I start iTunes, log in to store, but there is no store button, no menu anymore that is related to the account itself. Cannot do anything else than use iTunes as a mediaplayer. If that was planned, then I didn't get notified (well, Apple has my mail address) and since it's Windows - what alternative do we have now? No more music shopping in the Windows app? Why? My PC is of course the central point to manage my library and do backups as the cloud is way too small and way too slow.

Is Apple really going to cancel Windows users just like that?
