Hello, Currently I’m the owner of an iPhone 12, but years back I had an iPhone 7 that I used with a different Apple ID. The data on that account is very dear to me, is there a way I can retrieve the password?

Check your web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team. If you don't have a copy of the password at your end, it can't be recovered and needs to be reset.
