MacBook Pro 13.3

Recently my MacBook pro 13.3's USB-C ports became loose. I found my receipt, and apparently, I bought it from Apple Store on June 2021. My question is if my MacBook is under warranty, and could you help me with that? Thank you

There's likely some information here to help find an answer.

• Mac Service & Repair - Apple Support

//support.apple.com/mac/repair

From in above page/form you may ask, including Estimates,

& add details. According to your location, and Mac's needs.

Other possibilities may include scheduling a visit to an Apple

Retail Store Genius. They could be able to estimate hardware

costs and arrange to have the product repaired. Usually at an

authorized factory repair depot, or an Apple service center.

[The above Support page also includes small blue text links

to more information; those may be worth reading for detail.]

Some regions have a longer warranty, or consumer laws to

cover repair. Where customary those may be more than one

year. Some such as EU or UK, have different rules than USA.

See Warranty & other information, in blue-text on that page.

Check your coverage status

Read the Apple Limited Warranty

Look up consumer laws in your country or region

Read the Apple Repair Terms and Conditions

For inspection, estimate, and hardware repair.. Options include:

• Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Anyway, according to where you are, the 'consumer laws' may add

more beyond warranty limitations. (An extended warranty always

is the early option, to include AppleCare+ for reduced repair costs.)
