App Store keeps prompting review

When I try to get an app it keeps saying my Apple ID has never been used in iTunes and prompts me to review only giving me the option to add my password and then right back to review page again

NB: it’s a new iPad and I’m trying to download apps for the first time

please it’s urgent

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> to review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly. 

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
