no wifi when out in pubic
For the last couple of days I am unable to access web sites because I have no wifi on iPhone.

Wi-Fi is restricted to a small area, It only works while you are near the Wi-Fi router in your house or office. You are not supposed to have it when you are out in public normally unless you specifically connect to a Wi-Fi network in a public place.
You can connect to other Wi-fi networks in places like coffee shops, hotels, libraries etc...
If you mean you have no internet access (different from Wi-Fi) when away form your home Wi-Fi and not connected to a public Wi-Fi network, then check your Cellular Data settings in Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data and make sure its turned on.
If its turned on, and apps there are also turned on so they can use it, then contact your cellular service provider as they may need to check your Service Plan for any issues preventing internet access.
