I was trying to back up my iphone xr which was not working. I then watched a video that told me to sign out of my icloud and sign back in. I later tried to log into an app and realized my passwords were all gone along with my notes and a few more things like all my cards in wallet. Please help me. I'm more so worried about my passwords. if you know how i can fix this please let me know.

Enable Items in iCloud:
On the iPhone and other Apple devices, enable items (ie. Contacts) in iCloud.
On the iPhone:
