How can I find the original owner of an iCloud locked phone? I bought the phone on eBay and it is iCloud locked to its original owner, I'm trying to find the owner so they can get their phone back. I called Apple customer support and they don't have any way of contacting them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can't get that information. Even if Apple could match the serial number with the original buyer, that doesn't mean it didn't change hands in between your purchase. And Apple couldn't give you that info anyway since it would violate federal privacy laws.
Your only hope is the seller knows the ID and password it's asking for, and will give you that info so you can unlock it. If not, then it's highly likely you bought a lost or stolen phone.
