Turn on Invert Colors
To use Invert Colors, open the Settings app, then tap Accessibility > Display & Text Size. Turn on Smart Invert or Classic Invert
turned both off and it was ok

go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings. This does not delete data but does delete personal settings.
