Missing Duplicates folder

I just switched to ios 16 and i DO have duplicate photos but im missing a duplicate photos folder, anyone else? How can I fix this?

Hi hdzJ,

The ‘Duplicates’ album in Photos appears under “Utilities” when Photos detects duplicates in the library. The detection process requires the device to be locked and connected to power, and depending on the size of the library and other background tasks going on, could happen quickly or take up to a few days to fully process.
