So I updated my iPhone 11 and not it's not working. When I open it, it starts clicking the screen when I'm not. ANd when I click something it registers my finger somewhere else. Cant use my phone right now and need help.

Does your phone have the original screen or has it been replaced? My kids iPhone 11 is doing this after the update too. We had to replace the screen about a week ago but it was working 100% until doing the update last night to iOS 16. I can’t even get into the settings to do a reset on it because it thinks I’m touching different parts of the screen.
So that's what was my situation and they ended up just telling me the best move was to get a different phone cause they cant un update the phone. But they were super nice at apple and gave me full trade-in value anyway. But apparently, the way 3rd party repair people do it isn't compatible with the new update. Idk why that is.
Unfortunately they won’t give me anything for a trade in because the back is cracked. Ugh. I really hope I’m not just out a phone now. I literally just paid $200 to get the screen replaced a week ago.
Try a forced restart. If that doesn’t help, then get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation. Your touchscreen may be failing.
I did force restart and it didn't fix the issues. And it's not the display cause I've never had this issue until the update. Unless the update could break the display?
The update can’t break your display. I think you need to get your phone checked.
have the same problem, 5 mins before get iOS 16 screen worked 100% right, and right next to upgrade screen have break? so how u can explain this?
