Hi, I haven't iOS16 for update on iPhone 12.

Latest shown and updated is 15.7

Whate can be the reasons pls?

Go into Settings, VPN & Device Management, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and run Software Update again. If there isn't one, check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
