I've forgotten my Apple ID and iPhone passwords

my name is waheeb and i have an iphone XS which isnt booting i dont know why but the thing im really here to discuss is that i forgot my apple id and the phone's password, i would like to know if there is any way that i get back into my phone and use it again,
