I no longer have the option to screenshot on my phone.
I have already reset, hard reset, wiped my phone, deleting all data and setting and tried the accessibility options (using the white circle > device > more > screenshot.) and tried the double tap on the back and nothing is working.
I have checked my photos and no screenshots appear.
im perplexed! any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If you already tried (to no avail) the correct gestures provided in this support article:--> Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
