I recently bought a second hand iphone 6s but unfortunately while I was working in a high altitude it fell down and it log out so when I powered on it asked apple id which I don't know so I asked the previous owner but he told me he forgot and doesn't remember any clue.How can I recover the apple id or permanently remove it?

Ask them to check their web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or give you a refund.
