I have tried to clear some storagespace on my iPhone 11 Pro.
I have deleted voice memos, but almost 12 Gb of documents and data won’t be deleted?
I can not turn anything off in: settings>My name>iCloud>VoiceMemos (it isnt showing).
And there is no where I can go to VoiceMemos in settings to clear deleted datas.
How can i Resolve this problem?

Based on the screenshots, it appears that the Voice Memos app has been deleted, but the app data is still there.
We would start by installing the app again. Once it is installed, delete the data first, then remove the app.
Here are the steps to install the app: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple
Once the app is installed, follow these steps to delete the data:
