A. Visit Apple Support links:

• If your Left or Right AirPod isn't Working - Apple Support

• Connect and Use your AirPods and AirPods Pro – Apple Support

• If the Sound from your Wireless Headphones Cuts Out or is Distorted - Apple Support

B. Verify the Balance:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Accessibility
4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

C. Using an App?:

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not towards the right.

You need to have it inspected by Apple. Could be a battery. Could need replacing. Could be the charging case no longer charging that AirPod. Since you posted this in the iPhone forum is there a scenario where it seems to work fine and it’s only with the iPhone that it doesn’t work?
