Lost of Iphone

i lost my iphone in market, upon calling on my number, a lady reply and she said that tell me passcode of my mobile so that she can send me location as she dont have smart phone, unfortunately i told her passcode,after that she did not send me location and trying to black mail me.


i already put lost mode on,

also i have many photos in that mobile but i dont link them on icloud,

please advice

1) can i have access to my data from my icloud through pc (which i dont link to icloud)

You would only be able to access photos at www.icloud.com if you had iCloud Photos turned on before you lost the phone. See: See instructions in Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support


If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but did use iCloud Backup, you can't view the contents of the backup but can use the backup to setup another phone. See: Use iCloud to transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
