When Apple ID is signed in the iPhone the mail accounts ( of other person that was manually added ) Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support will be configured Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
So the Apple ID has to be signed out Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
Once again sign in with your Apple ID Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Set up iCloud Sign in to iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support , this time you have to add manually your mail account with mail address and its password , and not for other person mail address and its password .
Note : there is no such method to remove mail accounts manually when apple id is signed , however mail accounts can be configured using an iPhone .
