Dictation missing from iPhone iOS 16 Update

After upgrading to IOS 16.0.2 I don’t have a microphone button available in message app.

Anyone else? Any solution? I added voice recording app to the tool bar below the text box and that works for now.

Did you find a fix?

I’m having the following issues:

unable to use microphone to send voice notes in iMessage, WhatsApp or MS teams
have also tried to record a voice memo and cannot. Microphone button isn’t working and doesn’t respond to touch

Presume it’s a bug and an update will be coming soon. Shame really from Apple for such basic misses.
