Copy Image Address Option

The Copy Image Address option (which usually copies the URL for the screen image) - no longer appears when I click the mouse control button. In its place is a screen offering 4 options - Back, Reload Page, Save Page, Print Page. What happened to make this option disappear ??

when I click the mouse control button.

What mouse control button are you using? The action you desire is often called a "secondary-click" or some other action that summons the contextual menu you describe. It is "contextual" because the available actions are dependent upon the page element being selected.

For example the screenshot below is just an image and not a link, so the only actions that appear are limited to images.

Assuming you are really using a mouse and not a trackpad, look for available options in System Preferences > Mouse.
