Transfer to another family

I set up my kids iPads using my appleid and organizer of family sharing with them

now my wife started a Apple family plan and we can’t join.

how do. Transfer myself and our kids to her family?

You need to disband the existing family using the steps in the article below. The new organizer can then invite the family members to join the new family. If there are children under 13 years old, then the under 13 years old children can be transferred to the new family. Then disband the old family and join the new family.
