me.com email

Hello,

I purchased my iPhone XR at the Apple Store. The Apple Agent had problems putting my me.com account back on my iPhone XR. Now I don’t get important email for me.com on the iPhone XR. When I am at home I am able to get me.com emails from the MacBook Pro. I cannot always be home to review my me.com emails. I also do not get the me.com at iCloud.com when logging into the iCloud on my Iphone XR.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue. I had my iPhone XR for a little over 5 years.
