How can I back up a old iPhone form my iCloud

I want to back up my old phone and the screen in it is broken is there a way I can do it on my new phone

No. You cannot remotely backup an iPhone to iCloud from another iPhone.

If you cannot use the screen to start the backup form the old iPhone, then it cannot be backed up.

Unless you turned off the option for iCloud backups, they should happen automatically every night when the device is connected to power, and Wifi, and the screen is turned off. Are you sure you don't already have a backup for it?

If this is not the case, then, it is now to late to try to get a backup from the old broken iPhone.
